Why do we need your data?

We will process your personal data for at least one of the following purposes:

a) To perform contracts or take steps to enter into contracts (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), if you are a party to a contract, e.g., placing and fulfilling orders, processing payments, responding to inquiries about our offer, determining the terms of cooperation, handling sales or complaints.

b) To comply with legal obligations imposed on the data controller (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR), e.g., for tax settlement purposes, fulfilling obligations resulting from decisions or rulings issued by authorized authorities, institutions, or courts.

c) To fulfill the legitimate interests of the company as the data controller (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), e.g., for contact purposes, asserting potential claims, debt collection, marketing of our own products and services, and conducting statistical analyses.

d) Based on your consent for specific processing purposes (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), e.g., sending invoices electronically to your provided email address, sending marketing offers.

e) If the processing of personal data occurs through our website, we use cookies and other tracking technologies to analyze website traffic, improve service quality, and conduct marketing activities. Who will or may receive your data?
  1. Your personal data will be or may be disclosed only to entities authorized by law or within the scope of data processing agreements to which we are a party.
  2. The data controller does not intend to transfer your personal data to a third country or an international organization.
How do we process your data?

We process your data in paper form, e.g., those included in forms you have submitted or contracts we have concluded, as well as documents forming the basis for contract settlements. We also use IT systems that support the fulfillment of our objectives (including email). Your personal data is not subject to automated decision-making, including profiling. If we introduce any automated decision-making processes, including profiling, in the future, we will inform you in a separate communication, outlining the purpose, effects, and legal basis for such processing.

How long will we process your data?

Your data will be processed for no longer than is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected. Then, depending on the legal basis and purpose:

a) If we obtained your personal data based on your consent, we will process it until you withdraw your consent.

b) If you were our client (a party to a contract), we will process the data for the time necessary to:

  • Settle the service/contract and within the timeframes required by tax law regarding the retention period of accounting documents.
  • Pursue potential claims by the data controller (in accordance with the deadlines specified in the Civil Code).
