OmniSky is a planned observational network consisting of three stations, designed for detecting artificial objects reentry. Main assumation refers to analogical fireball networks used in meteors researches.
The same event of reentry should be recorded by every station and next saved data would be shared due to cloud system. Information originating from perspective of different geographical positions can be used for calculation orbital elements (in this case by triangulation method).
This project can also have another secondary applications as weather monitoring, environment monitoring or drone observing.
